News Graphic Templates

The Raycom Media CBS affiliate WTOL 11 operating out of Toledo Ohio recently entered a shared services agreement with Fox Toledo, so now both news programs operate out of the same building. In order to differentiate the two stations, they needed to have different graphic "looks", and I was charged with working with Raycom Design Group to integrate a new graphics package for Fox Toledo. Raycom Design Group provided the background animation/design, while I had to create all of the usable graphics that would make air. These graphics had to be clear and simple, above all else, to communicate various messages required in each news story and situation. Below are all of the templates I created that are used in reporter packages whenever the use of text/imagery is required. In addition, I was responsible for ensuring that all of these graphics were used properly and that the correct set was being used in stories that aired on the appropriate station.
